1. No Refund Policy
Since our premium content (Machine Learning insights, source code, and blogs) are digital products and are delivered immediately upon successful payment via PayHere, we generally do not offer refunds or credits. Once access is granted, the service is considered rendered.
2. Technical Access Issues
If you have completed a payment but the premium content remains locked due to a technical error, we will resolve it for you. In such cases, please contact us with your PayHere Order ID, and we will manually grant access within 24-48 hours.
